The Department of Hotel Management (DHM), Christ University was set up in 1991 with the objective of churning out skilled professionals for the hospitality industry. It has its own training and placement cell which monitors and facilitates placements for the students. The institute boasts 100 percent placement track record. The department has consistently been ranked among top hotel management institutes in India by business magazines such as Outlook, India Today and The Week. DHM, Christ University has 11 full time faculties, with relevant industry and teaching experience. The department also offers a diploma course in wine studies, which is the first of its kind in the country. Student-teacher ratio of 20:1 is followed.
