The Don Bosco Technical Institute, Delhi is a coeducational skill training center. Managed by the Don Bosco Group, the institute was established by in 1971 in co-operation with M/s Zentralstelle fuer Enwicklungshilfe of Germany, Misereor, Oxfam and Comide. The institute is ITI recognised and started a computer center in 1992. The institute offers one year ITI diploma course, crash courses of shorter duration for beginners as well as advanced students. In 1996, the School of Printing with facilities in DTP, pre-press and printing was inaugurated. The institute currently has about 350 students of which more than 100 reside in the hostel.
The campus hosts a well stocked library, state of the art laboratories, well equipped classrooms, cafeteria and a recreation center.

Application form is available from the first week of May at the institute’s office as well as on the DBTI website. Interested applicants must either send a demand draft of INR 200 in favour of Don Bosco Technical Institute or submit INR 200 along with a filled application form before June 25. Candidates are shortlisted based on their scores in class X and class XII exams, admission test and interview. Girls are eligible to apply for all courses except mechanical courses.
