A sociology, law and education alumna of Bombay University, Dr Swati Popat Vats is an educator with over 30 years of experience. Dr Vats’ is a name synonymous with Children’s education as the president of the Early Childhood Association and president of the Association for Primary Education and Research. Having set up the Podar Jumbo Kids preschools and daycare Podar Jumbo Kids India chain, Dr Vats is at present the President of the Podar Education Network and Director of the Podar Institute of Education. Outside of the Podar Education Group, she has set up numerous preschools in India and abroad and has been an advisor to corporates dealing with children-related products. Dr Vats has also authored 25 books that provide valuable lessons in educating young children.
