GD Goenka Public School at Sikri, Faridabad, is a coeducational day cum residential school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school belongs to the GD Goenka chain of schools founded by the Gayatri Devi Goenka Group and offers classes from pre-nursery through class XII.

Admission

The admission process for pre-nursery to class II is based on personal interaction while for classes III to XII, a written test is conducted. Students are qualified on the basis of marks obtained in the test and their attitude during the interaction.

Achievement

Dr. Shreesh Bhardwaj, principal, G.D.Goenka Public School, Faridabad has been a member of a core team to prepare marking scheme of class XII Chemistry paper and expert group to examine the Chemistry question papers of CBSE class XII. He has authored two books in Chemistry for class XII and has been a recipient of many prestigious awards and honors. He also received the CBSE National award in 2011.

Accommodation

The school offers air conditioned and well equipped hostel with eight seater rooms with common bathrooms and toilets attached to each wing of three rooms available for boys from class VI to XI.

Five-course vegetarian meal of proper calorific value is provided to the children in a well managed dining room.
