IFLaC is a premier language institution established in the year 2007 to promote the learning of foreign languages along with cultural enrichment. IFLaC was founded by Ms. Sandy Mirpuri, an alumnus of the John Hopkins Universtity of Rome/Italy and Ms. Umita Melwani, a graduate from the A’leala, Madrid, Spain with a diploma in Business Spanish.

Courses Offered:
IFLaC offers courses in French, German, Italian and Spanish. Each course is held for three months. Students can attend classes on weekdays or weekends. Classes run for a duration of three hours.
IFLAC is an accredited examination center of Instituto Cervantes and is authorized to offer the DELE exams in the session. Theses examinations are held after the completion of each diploma level in the month of May. Students can choose to move on to corresponding levels to further their understanding of the language.
Programme:
IFLAC integrates the guidelines laid down by the European Council in the Common Framework of References for Languages (CEFR), into the organization of its courses. Six different levels have been defined which integrate written tests, understanding the spoken language, speaking and writing and develop a knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. There is an added emphasis on developing conversation skills. A variety of tests and audio visual material is used to familiarize students with the language as well as the European society of today.
