In a wide-ranging interview  with Dilip Thakore,  Prof. Sridhar Pabbisetty, Founding Director of the newly established Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad,  discusses the need for rigorously trained public policy formulators, National Education Policy 2020, the Union Budget 2021-22 and the urgent need for liberalising the education sector.
