This app is designed to assist teens to cope with anxiety. It functions as a digital coach counseling them through difficult situations. The software, designed in conjunction with Anxiety Canada, teaches users to relax and assists them in identifying practical ways to control anxiety. It explains anxiety symptoms, suggests relaxation exercises, assesses user anxiety levels in specific situations, and recommends coping skills. Specific tools also assist teens to address problems of sleep quality, pursuit of perfectionism, and conflict resolution.

In the globalised world of the 21st century, fluency in multiple languages is an invaluable asset. Memrise is a popular app offering foreign language learning programmes.
