With the growing career choices, the society has seen an increase in career shifts amongst the youth and working population. For example, an engineer venturing into a creative field such as film making, music industry, advertising or an accountant upskilling themselves to become a data analyst simply because they love number crunching. We have also seen tech professionals venturing into organic farming or building homes or a Doctor by profession becoming an entrepreneur by starting an online edtech platform. The major reason for this considerable shift in professions today is because of the monotonous work culture or people finding no happiness in their work. The routine and mundane lifestyle has led many people to exploring their passion or interests, and gradually building their career around it.

This approach ensures that students remain focused on their passions, which can develop into valuable hobbies and recreational activities, while also fostering conventional growth.
