On March 5, Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated a new private school in Bhubaneswar.
Inaugurating “Aditya Birla Public School”, the chief minister said the new school would certainly give a boost to primary and secondary education of the children of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajashreeji Birla, chairperson, Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives and Rural Development, said the cause of furthering education, is in the very DNA of Birla family and setting up world-class schools, has been and continues to be, an ongoing process with the Aditya Birla Group.
This is the 48th school of the Group. The Aditya Birla Public Schools is a not for profit venture of the Aditya Birla Group. The Group has been engaged in bringing education to the masses for nearly a century.
Elucidating the Group’s vision in the domain of education, she recounted the Group chairman, Kumar Mangalam’s words, “To ignite minds and to create in students, a love for learning and continuous development, by making the learning process a fun-filled, enjoyable, growing experience, built on the solid foundation of values”.
