Founded by eminent educationist, philanthropist, humanitarian and thought leader Dr Satyabrata Minaketan in 1989 and now directed by the young and dynamic COO – Swoyan Satyendu followed by hundreds of passionate and high-energy individuals, ODM Educational Group has achieved an exemplary reformation of the education system by adopting new-age learning, cutting-edge technology and data-driven learning methods. We have encouraged the whole leadership team to exhibit new behavioural factors based on the new thinking that we have adopted wholeheartedly. From building a conceptual framework to serve the institution’s improvement work with intentional decisions, not haphazard; we promoted staff members to take ownership of the organisation’s core values and mission and acquire the real transformation for our group of schools. The core team has established relational trust with top priority to bind people together and motivate them to understand and play the role they need to support.
With the establishment of the Learning & Development Team, we have initiated one-on-one conversations on a regular and ongoing basis for staff, parents as well as students to listen to them deeply, identify their concerns, and find solutions to those problems. We have successfully reconnected participants with their purpose and helped them envision the ideal towards which we are collectively striving.
A Fresh Start to An Established Legacy
As part of our focus on global expansion, business development, and educational excellence, we have renamed the management studies wing of ODM Educational Group to ODM Business School, which was previously famed among PGDM students with the name of Astral Institute of Management Studies since 2009. Along with the rebranding strategy, we have introduced a brand-new campus to our trusted best business management college in Odisha, loaded with all the modern facilities.
With the introduction of Professional Certification Courses, Value Added Courses, and upGrad Campus Certification Program in Digital Marketing, along with our 2 Year Full-Time Business Management Degree with Dual Specialization, ODM Business School (OBS)has experienced an astounding demand for its courses. To support the growing demand, we have also increased the number of student seats available at ODM Business School to almost 2X. Today, OBS has ranked amongst top PGDM colleges in Bhubaneswar and operates with global accreditation, highly experienced faculties, world-class infrastructure, and 100% guaranteed placement for its students.
Starting Our Journey to Be Truly Global
To continue ODM’s legacy and establish India’s first-ever K12 CBSE school where the 360-degree growth of every child can be achieved, we started our dream project ODM Global School and successfully launched it in 2022. ODM Global School brings together the top teachers from across the world to teach its pupils all under one roof. This will be the first school in Odisha to offer a completely global curriculum, and it will help put Odisha on the international stage in terms of K-12 education. The ODM Educational Group, the school’s parent entity, places a high priority on GROWTH as a core value. Its teachers and parents, as well as its students, have all been taken into consideration when creating this programme. GROWTH FOR ALL is at the heart of the program’s entire holistic ecosystem.

ODM Public School has ranked No.1 in Times School Ranking Survey Odisha 2022 and overall, for the third time (2019, 2020, & 2022). The survey included a comprehensive list of schools with the referral of trusted internet, magazine, and publication resources. While more than 150 schools were requested to share details through factual questionnaires and rigorous discussions, only the top 12 schools made it to the final list of the survey, which ODM Public School now crowns.
