Pathways World School, Gurgaon is one of the two new schools launched in 2010 under the Pathways umbrella and is situated at Baliawas on Gurgaon-Faridabad road. The school began its first academic year on 18 October 2010.The school is located on a 10 acre site and is equipped with an environment friendly modern architecture and infrastructure.
Teaching at Pathways is student-centered, project-based, and incorporates the multiple intelligences concept. While the general curriculum is followed by every student, he or she is also encouraged to develop talents and interests in personal areas of academic interest, and in sport, theatre music and dance, for which facilities are outstanding.
Pathways World School offers an international curriculum which is not only stimulating and relevant to the 21st century but also tried, tested and accepted for entrance to universities all over the world. The missionof the school is to blend the strong cultural fundamentals of the Gurukul heritage and other traditional systems with advanced modern learning tools.
Pathways World School, Gurgaon has an Olympic-size football field, a 400 meter track and a 25 meter pool. We also have a well-equipped gym for the students. They also provide Chess, Carom, Pool, Badminton and Snooker during leisure time.
A variety of instruments are provided for the students to play with and be able to learn the power of sound and music in their lives. The music room is equipped with a set of Yamaha keyboards; each keyboard having two pairs of headphones so that students can work together without disturbing others. Students learn to find their way around the keyboard, learn to read simple music and perform in front of their classmates. Music in Pathways is absolutely a thing to remember, it calms a person’s mind and the students get to experience and touch the boundaries of the world.
The academic systems at Pathways World School, Gurgaon follow a fourfold track: the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (Pre Nursery to Class V), the Pathways Middle School Programme (class VI-VIII), the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (Class IX and X) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (class XI and XII). All the systems are international and accepted for entrance to first-class universities throughout the world.
Technology is extensively used as a learning tool at Pathways school. Secondary school students are required to carry a laptop that is linked by campus-wide radio-networking. The controlled-temperature environment is ideal for relaxed and purposeful study. There are excellent science facilities, a spacious library-media-centre and well-equipped studios for art and craft-design-technology.
Although it is not a learning center, the Special Education Needs Department (SEN) of Pathways World School acts as a full-fledged support system, catering to the needs of students who are slow learners or suffer from learning disabilities.
Extra curricular activity:
At Pathways the student who aspires to be a professional competitor or performer and s/he who simply enjoys participating both receive appropriate support. Sports, music, dance and theatre not only frees the mind but also develops character and leadership. Excellent facilities for sports like cricket, athletics, basketball, golf etc is provided.

Admission process starts with the registration of the students. The application form along with the necessary documents is sent to the school. Parents are invited to visit the school with prior permission and are requested to be frank and honest in providing information in the admission application form. Adverse information if any, whether scholastic or behavioral, will not be a ground for refusal of any admission request. Any such information would in fact help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to cancellation of admission.
The interview is as pleasant and non-intimidating as we can make it. It is normally conducted by Head of Admissions, School Director, the respective Principal etc. the purpose is to know about the child’s/ student’s educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The aim of the interview is to find about what the student knows, understands and enjoys.
Fees structure:
The quarterly fees are approx Rs 53,000 for the kindergarden and for classes I-XII is in the range of Rs 65,000- 1.15lakh. Other than the composite fee there are one time fees of Rs 80,000 at the time of admission.
