Established in 1995, Queens’ College, Indore is a premier CBSE-affiliated, English medium, day school dedicated to shaping confident, self-reliant, and globally competent individuals. With a rich legacy of three decades, the school emphasises academic excellence and holistic development, nurturing students’ growth in mind, body, and spirit.

Conceptualised as an all-girls’ school, Queens’ College upgraded to a coeducational model in 2019, broadening its mission to provide inclusive, quality education while maintaining an unwavering commitment to academic rigour and personal growth.

Celebrating three decades of educational excellence this year (2025), Queens’ College boasts a revolutionising educational experience by not only enhancing knowledge acquisition but also by cultivating and expanding children’s unique talents and abilities.

Campus

Spread over 12.5 acres of meticulously landscaped greenery in the heart of Indore, the school fosters a dynamic learning environment where students excel academically and develop resilience, creativity, and leadership skills. Three academic blocks house contemporary academic facilities include 85 well-designed classrooms equipped with advanced interactive flat-panel displays, internet connectivity, and digital learning resources, fully-equipped labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Composite Science, EVS, and Robotics, two libraries equipped with over 14,500 books and digital resources. 

Performing arts studios, three multipurpose halls, certified healthcare infirmary, dining facilities, and a fleet of 40 buses for transportation are some of the other facilities at Queens’ College. 

Academics

As a K-12 institution, Queens’ College offers education from nursery through class 12. The Foundational stage curriculum for nursery to class 2 is designed to address every child’s diversified learning needs and sense of enquiry, to enable a child to discover, derive and further explore. The integrated curriculum is an experiential learning programme with real life associations and scope to be able to solve problems, make decisions, forge constructive and meaningful relationships and communicate effectively.

The curriculum targets growth across five key areas: physical and motor development, cognitive development, socio-emotional development, language and literacy development, and creative and aesthetic development. 

The Preparatory, Middle and Secondary stage curriculum for classes 3 to 12 is designed to foster academic excellence and personal growth. It incorporates a variety of engaging learning methods, such as interactive activities, hands-on experiences, experiential learning, adaptive techniques, and collaborative projects.

Differentiated learning strategies and inclusive practices are central to the teaching philosophy at Queens’ College. Personalised strategies, mentorship programmes, life skills training, and project-based learning further enhance both academic and social development. Moreover, the school focuses on research opportunities, internships, and exposure to industry leaders to prepare students for success in the future.

The school’s collaborative learning approaches include peer learning and cooperative learning, while its student-centred strategies emphasise differentiated instruction, competency-based learning, and inquiry-based learning. 

Career guidance and counselling services, including psychometric testing and one-on-one mentoring,  are offered to students from class  IX.  

To ensure the continuous professional development of its teachers, Queens’ College facilitates over 75 hours of teacher training programmes.

Queens’ College alumni routinely secure placements in top universities across the country including the IITs (Mumbai, Delhi, Kanpur etc.), Delhi University, NLU (Delhi, Bhopal etc.), Ashoka University and MGM Medical College, among others. 

Academic Excellence

Queens’ College students consistently achieve excellent results in CBSE board exams (2024 – Class X: 82% average, Class XII: 80% average) with city toppers securing up to 98.5 percent.

Shreya Patwari (Grade XII) was awarded a prestigious scholarship for the AFS Global STEM Program in Brazil.
