Rizvi College of Hotel Management

Overview

Rizvi College of Hotel Management, Mumbai, was established in 1992 to cater to the technical and professional requirements of the hospitality industry. Sited in Bandra, Mumbai, the institute is approved by the Mumbai University and the All India Council for Technical Education. The college provides value-added education of high standard and seeks to produce dedicated, disciplined and resourceful professionals. The Training and Placement Department organizes a number of training programs for the students with the help of in-house experts. The activities have proved exceptionally useful in shaping the career of students.

Campus

The institute hosts an auditorium, spacious classrooms, well-equipped laboratory, bar counter for training, dining hall, housekeeping rooms, kitchens and research center. The institute library is well stocked with a large number of books, journals and magazines for its students.

Academics

The college is in tune with needs of the industry, and designs programmes accordingly. Students get a strong theory base along with hands-on training, providing a rich experience in hotel management. The courses offered are: Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Services (3 years) Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Administration (3 years) Placements for the final year students begin in early September and continue till March and sometimes till May, ensuring maximum advantage for the students.
