Saraswati Music College was established in 1924, it is one of the oldest and the most reputed schools of music, dance and other art forms in Delhi. Saraswati Music College has produced musicians like Padma Vibhushan Pt. Jasraj, playback singer Mohammed Rafi and Music director O.P. Nayyar. Vocal : Hindustani classical and Light (songs, ghazals and bhajans)
Instrumental Music: Western – piano, eyboards, guitar, violin, drums, congo, saxophone, mouth organ. Indian – harmonium, sitar, tabla, dhol, dholak and flute.
Dances of India: Kathak and folk.
The admissions are open to the minimum age level of 3 years. The applicants for admission should undergo preliminary aptitude test. The candidates who pass this test can apply in the prescribed form attached with the prospectus along with the following,

Fee
The fee structure for instrumental music ranges from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 2,600 if the classes are twice a week and if thrice a week then fee ranges from Rs. 2,800 to Rs. 4,000.
Vocal music (classical) the fee ranges if twice a week from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 3,600.
Vocal music the fee ranges from if twice a week Rs. 2,000 and if thrice a week Rs. 3,000.
