St. Agnes Loreto Day School, Lucknow is an English medium day school for girls affiliated with Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. Founded by Mary Ward, it is a Catholic minority institution operating under the management of the Lucknow Loreto Educational Society. c. Transfer certificate; if a pupil comes from a school outside the state of Uttar Pradesh, TC must be counter signed by the Inspector of the school of the state from where the pupil comes.
d. Latest passport size colour photograph.
