The preschool is housed in the ground floor of an apartment building in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad; the walls of the preschool are brightly painted with children’s pictures in various moods, immersed in various activities. The preschool hosts four air conditioned classrooms painted with different themes, a common area that serves as an activity area and an indoor play area. The outdoor play area comprises a basketball net, swings, slides, play tunnels, rocking horses, balancing beam and see-saws.
According to the school, its curriculum is ingrained in every preschool activity, starting from interactions to having meals together to singing and playing. The preschool curriculum is a blend of Playway and Montessori methods and every activity is designed with a specific lesson or outcome in mind. A normal day includes playing with toys, listening to music and activities that develop motor skills and teach lessons in sharing. Children also enact socio-dramatic plays; creative crafts and festival celebrations are organized to inculcate interest in arts and bonding with friends. Besides reading, writing and arithmetic, children are also exposed to life skills and value education.
