In the quarter ending March 2025, NIIT Foundation, a non-profit organisation, achieved remarkable success by certifying 5,28,468 students through their various initiatives. In addition to this, 38,519 individuals were provided financial and digital literacy training. Moreover, 507,605 school children were impacted through programmes such as school digitalisation and STEM activity modules. Around 50 percent of these individuals were women, and are now poised to take charge of their families financial planning.
10,695 children benefited from Hole in the Wall Learning Stations (HiWEL) installed by NIIT Foundation in various slums, and underserved areas. When provided with quality infrastructure, these learning stations have proven that underprivileged children are willing to learn and utilise their available resources to the full extent possible.

A key component of the initiatives launched by NIIT Foundation is to ensure job placement for certified youth. To achieve this, NIIT Foundation has partnered with various companies, and the partnerships continue to grow as new agreements were made with IBM, Johnson Matthey and United Way Mumbai, TATA Steel Foundation, UNICEF, Infosys, Deloitte, ITC, HDFC ERGO, SAT Krishna
Angel One and DXC TechnologyThese partnerships enabled the job placement of 27,321 students. These students have been trained under various programmes focused on emerging technologies and other in-demand skills.
Recognising that today’s job market demands diverse competencies beyond traditional education, NIIT Foundation has undertaken a series of innovative initiatives. The foundation has expanded its curriculum to offer specialised courses in AI & Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Cyber Security, and Web Designing certificates significantly enhance employability and serve as key differentiators during placements. Moreover, NIIT Foundation strongly emphasises developing essential soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking, that are vital for professional success.
