Overview

Founded in 1999, NLU Jodhpur (NLUJ) is one of India’s leading National Law Universities. NLUJ has consistently been ranked among the top law schools in India by leading education surveys. Since its inception, this university has endeavoured to produce exceptional lawyers and legal scholarships aimed at pushing and challenging the existing boundaries of knowledge.

The university has developed a holistic approach towards understanding law and justice from a multi disciplinary perspective. It offers unique five year integrated undergraduate programs i.e., B.B.A, LL.B.(Hons); B.A., LL.B. (Hons); B.Sc., LL.B. (Hons) to generate skilled global legal professionals.

Campus

The NLUJ campus hosts Halls of Learning which provide students with requisite infrastructure and the desired ambience needed for quality legal learning. It also provides air-conditioned classrooms with comfortable seating arrangement, equipped with slide-projectors. Two Moot Court rooms are housed within the Halls of Learning arena, each of which is an exact replica of a real-life.

These rooms are used not just during the court room exercises but also during the Anti-Trust Inter-University moot conducted by the university and during the inter-batch mooting competitions held on various occasions during the semester.

NLUJ offers online classrooms acknowledging new way of life and learning, and provides fully equipped laboratories for B.Sc LL.B course; ensure that students acquire practical learning not just in Law but also in the affiliated science subjects.

NLUJ board room can accommodate around 50 people. Fully air-conditioned and furnished with a round table, audio-system and projector, the room is used for conducting important meetings.

The university also hosts hostel facilities for boys and girls, a canteen and a gymnasium.

Admission

For undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law/legal studies, admission is based on performance in the CLAT exam.

For PGDM and MBA courses, admission is based on CAT, MAT or CMAT score.
