Dayanand Anglo-Vedic (DAV) School, Nerul is a coeducational day school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and managed by the DAV Society. Situated at Nerul in Navi Mumbai took off in June 1998 from a rented school building at Sector-4. Subsequently, the school moved to a 2.5 acre campus and now boasts a spacious ground and 3 storied building with 48000 sq.ft. built up area.
The school has won the ‘Best School Award’ on seven occasions, competing among several renowned schools from across Navi Mumbai as well as Mumbai. The school has also received ISO Certification for its dynamic and vibrant educational initiatives and quality education.
DAV Public School boasts world class infrastructure and facilities including a well equipped library, science laboratories, computer lab, resource center, audio-visual hall and multipurpose hall. The library features over 11000 books ranging from fairy tales, encyclopedias, fiction, science, religion, arts, architecture, general knowledge, cookery and health as well as subscriptions to various newspapers, magazines and journals.

Affiliated to CBSE, the school prepares the students for the All India Secondary School Examination (AISSE) and the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) conducted at the end of class X and class XII respectively. The school has initiated a programme known as the D.A.V. Centre for Creative Education (DAV CCE) for encouraging creativity and originality among children by involving teachers, parents, students, academicians, counselors and professionals, for promoting academic excellence through innovative teaching techniques and to develop life skills and personality of the growing up children through interactive programmes and networking of various training centers.
