Aditi Banerji has been an educator for the past 34 years. She is a postgraduate in Chemistry, trained in school administration from IIM, Calcutta. Mrs. Banerji is also trained in dealing with children with special needs. An avid naturalist, she believes in making the environment an intrinsic component of school life. She has been instrumental in establishing a number of schools in different parts of India, nurturing grades XI and XII and making them an integral part of school. Her experience spreads across cities like Bangalore, Lucknow and Indore.
Presently, she helms the K-12 Lodha World School, Palava as its principal. Mrs. Banerji believes in education which, apart from academics, has socioemotional learning (SEL) ingrained in it. In her school, SEL is the common thread which runs across all classes. She believes that a child has to be nurtured into a good human being to face the challenges of the world outside.
