Faculty have published 633 research articles in refereed journals in the last five years. Scholar alumni from the Phd programme are working with leading business schools in India and abroad indicating the rigour of the doctoral programme. 

The curricula in all management programmes are managed through a scientifically designed assurance of learning process where students are assessed on pre-defined programme learning competencies. This ensures that students graduate with the required knowledge and skills at the end of the programme. IBS Hyderabad has maintained consistent record in its placements. Its MBA graduates are placed in leading companies every year with impressive salary packages. Some of the leading recruiters in the last three years include DE Shaw, Accenture, Maruti Suzuki, Daimler, Aditya Birla Retail, Big Basket, HDFC Bank, IDBI, JP Morgan, PwC and Tata Play to name a few. 

Faculty use latest pedagogical tools to transform the learning experiences of students such as case method, games, simulations, experiential learning and group projects. The ten-week summer internship programme bridges the gap between theory and practice. Students work in different organisations through active guidance by faculty and company mentors.   

The academic infrastructure is well designed to cater to the learning requirements. Lecture theatres and classrooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment. The campus is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology computer networks with high speed backbone (5 GBPS Internet speed) and security through CISCO high end routers and fortigate firewalls. Twelve Bloomberg Terminals have been installed to provide latest data, analytics, news and updates on financial markets. About 53000 titles (with more than one lakh books) and 24 electronic databases provide a rich canopy of learning resources to faculty and students at the central NJ Yasaswy Library. 

The student community at IBS is truly diverse. Students come from different states, social and cultural backgrounds, and all walks of life. They become a part of the IBS community, and get an unparalleled exposure to different cultures, languages, and ways of living. There are 27 student clubs at IBS Hyderabad, which are managed by IBS students themselves. They organise and participate in various curricular and extracurricular activities. 

IBS Hyderabad is gearing for Industry 4.0 by taking steps to revamp the curricula by introducing new courses that blend technology with management, upskill faculty through training interventions, hire faculty for interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary courses and create the necessary technology infrastructure in the IT labs.
