Certificate Course in Hotel & Catering Management – 6 months duration Eligibility: Passed in 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with minimum 2 years experience in a hotel/catering establishment or Graduate or 10 + 2 pass in Crafts Certificate course from a recognized institute. Age: 25 years as on July 1 of the year of admission. 6. Diploma Course in Food Production – 1.5 years duration Eligibility: Passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examination.
