Founded in 1872, Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Lucknow is an educational institution for girls which runs under the management of the Sisters of the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Loreto Sisters).

The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi and offers schooling from class I through class XII. The medium of instruction of this institution is English. Hindi is taught as the second language from classes I- X; Sanskrit, as third language, is compulsory from classes VI to VIII.

Admission of students to the Intermediate College is entirely at the discretion of the principal. Applicants must have passed the ICSE or equivalent examination, and must not be less than 15 years of age at the time of admission.
