Founded by Anita Rao, founder and managing director of Educational Catalysts, Polka Dots is a renowned preschool sited at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Following Dr. Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences theory, the preschool imparts education to the children of 8 months to 4.5 years old. Polka Dots uses a large variety of techniques, strategies and tools for grooming the eight intelligences throughout the curriculum including role playing, musical performance, reflection, visualization, storytelling and so on.
The classrooms at Polka Dots are well-ventilated, bright and comfortably furnished to create a welcoming environment. Main attractions of the preschool campus include theme walls, library corner, show time, arts & crafts, play area and role play corner.
The preschool also hosts specially created outdoor spaces for play and fun. These include sand area, splash pool, jungle gym, indoor gym, traffic island, pet corner and kitchen garden.
