This year once again the student of GGIS brought laurel to Sanskardhani by enrolling herself and getting an opportunity to go for Youth exchange programme under GGIS Intercultural Exchange Programme which is an international programme for youth exchange. This programme has global network, that connects one country to another through their intercultural beliefs. The main aim of this programme is to instill in the youth the mutual respect, understanding and social responsibility towards other countries culture through this youth exchange programme.
This year Sameeksha Patel Student of Gyan Ganga International School is fortunate enough to visit Japan Under this programme for the span of 6 months where she will be staying with host family and will be experiencing their way of living, education, their culture, social life and will be able to acquaint herself with their food habits and above all their language.
In the press conference organized at GGIS on 18th August 2018 , while addressing the press and media people School Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Chandel briefed about the importance of the this programme and the main aim of the same. He also emphasized on the motto of GGIS about instilling in students the real essence of quality education by providing them colossal platforms where they can explore their talents and become a global citizen of our country. This press conference was attended by the student Sameeksha Patel where she expressed her heartfelt thanks to the management, school principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Chandel who guided and motivated her for this exchange program-me at every step. She also expressed her gratitude towards her parents and above all almighty god for giving her this golden opportunity.
The management. School principal,teachers, non- teaching staff and all the students wished her good luck and a safe stay during this programme.
