AjnaLens, an Indian company, has formed a strategic partnership with the National Skill Development Council (NSDC) to offer upskilling through its Ajna Creator Program. The program provides hands-on training on all key components of the XR ecosystem, including 3D Models & Environments, Virtual Avatars, Simulations, Digital Twin, and more, to empower youth with new skills and kick-start their careers in emerging technologies like AR/VR/XR. Since the industry is growing rapidly, there is a high demand for skilled professionals, making it the perfect time for young people to acquire high-paying jobs, both nationally and internationally.

Over 500 students have already joined the training program, and those who have completed it have been offered job offers from various industry players. Students in this program will be the first to gain access to AjnaXR, India’s first True Mixed Reality Glasses, recently launched at CES 2023, and awarded for its unique innovation.
AjnaLens has built a remarkable talent platform for the XR industry in India where all the emerging jobs and freelancing opportunities are listed. With almost 70+ hiring partners, the students are being offered jobs immediately after the program’s completion. The students will also receive a Certificate from NSDC at the end of successful completion of the training program.
