  • The constructivist and inquiry-based learning approaches ensure an immersive learning experience that enables students to create meaning and knowledge from the learning material, thus allowing them to develop their own understanding based on their experiences and previous knowledge. They are encouraged to identify real world problems and design possible solutions.
  • Through the collaborative learning process learners work together in small groups  where they learn by way of contributing to the group and helping each other learn.
  • The transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary learning approaches allow learners to understand that learning is fluid and that material learned in one class is beneficial and connected to other areas too.
  • The reflective approach enables the teachers to constantly reflect on the learning engagements, its outcomes and assessments to see how these can be improved in the future for the benefit of the learners.
  • By integrating technology in its homerooms, the school ensures that the learners are skilled in handling technology right from younger grades where they use iPads for activities in classrooms and are taught to use technology as a tool for growth.
  • To foster love and compassion among the students, “mindfulness” is learned, taught and practiced through circle time sessions along with regular optimism sessions.

Committed to the continuous professional development of its teachers, the school facilitates regular teacher training programmes including Weekly Professional Reading, Mentoring Programmes, Online Courses and Self Evaluations.
