M S Dhoni Global School (estb. 2010) is the materialisation of the vision of its founder-chairman Mr. Chandrasekar R. An engineering graduate (gold medalist) of Madras University, Mr. Chandrasekar is a Microsoft keynote speaker who has trained over 1000 principals and educators across the globe on the future of education.
His vision of providing students the best in education and nurturing global leaders has shaped the school into what it is today. Earlier, he promoted the first M S Dhoni Global School in Bengaluru in partnership with the celebrity international cricketer M S Dhoni. The management of both the schools are committed to providing students 360 degree development and empower them to lead the world with mastery in the latest technology and creative inventions. Unsurprisingly, M S Dhoni Global School, Hosur has been nominated a Microsoft Showcase School four consecutive years in a row with 100 percent of its teachers certified as Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE).
The school’s aesthetically landscaped campus hosts an academic building spread over 5.54 acres, impressive sports facilities sprawled across 4 acres and a 7-acre cricket ground.
The academic block houses 95 classrooms – all equipped with Smart boards with internet connection and automated backup system. Five state-of-the-art laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Computer Science enabled hands-on learning for the students. The computer science lab is equipped with ergonomically set up latest computers and has the capacity to accommodate over a hundred students at a time. The ‘Lending Books System’ adopted by the school, motivates and encourages students to borrow books of their choice from the library, to encourage the reading habit.
To ensure student safety, over 250 CCTV cameras with 360° surveillance have been installed in the buses as well as around the campus. The buses are also equipped with speed governors and seat belts, ensuring the complete safety of the child. The students are provided with a Smart-ID card that has an inbuilt application allowing parents to track the movements of their child’s school bus and even prompts them when the bus is scheduled to arrive.
As a 21st-century institution, the CBSE affiliated M S Dhoni Global School offers a globally comparable education to its students. The school’s curriculum is aligned with the latest National Education Policy 2020, which allows flexibility to choose pedagogies.

Sports & Co-curricular education
With a strong focus on sports education, the school has partnered with professional sports academies like Super Kings Academy, Bhaichung Bhutia Football School, and NBA Basketball School for Cricket, Football and basketball coaching respectively. Expert coaches trained by these academies coach the students on the nuances of a wide variety of sports.
The school also offers an after-school sports programme for additional training in various sporting disciplines.
Committed to providing students digital as well as practical global exposure, the students were provided an opportunity to visit NASA, USA wherein the selected students had the privilege of enrolling in the Space School Program and received certificates of merit.

SportsThe admissions close by the last week of March every year for the upcoming academic year that begins from April.
The admission process includes an oral interview followed by a written test to access the level of the student’s understanding of the concepts from the previous academic year. This procedure is followed to gain a better understanding of the level of the student from where he/she will need guidance or support. However, this factor alone does not decide the child’s intelligence or the admission confirmation.
With 100 percent of its teachers certified as Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts (MIEE) and 20 percent as Microsoft Certified Educators (MCE), M S Dhoni Global School, Hosur was nominated as a Microsoft Showcase School for four consecutive years.
Students of M S Dhoni Global School, Hosur published a story book with a compilation of 50 stories contributed by them. The school now houses 50 young authors with their book available on Amazon and Flipkart.
