Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan executed the transfer of funds into the accounts of 7,790 accomplished Class 12 students from government schools on Wednesday. This financial provision was specifically allocated for the procurement of scooters, in line with a prior announcement. The direct online cash transfer was performed during a ceremony held in Shahdol district.
These students, who have displayed outstanding academic excellence, including girls, secured the topmost position in government higher secondary schools (Class 12) during the examinations conducted in the 2022-23 academic session.
During the event, the Chief Minister symbolically handed over scooter keys to six students and emphasized the importance of wearing helmets while driving and adhering to traffic regulations.
Addressing the gathering, Chouhan highlighted that his administration is actively developing ‘CM Rise’ schools across the state, aiming to offer world-class educational facilities to students.
On the same occasion, Chouhan virtually inaugurated Asia’s largest sports climbing wall situated in Bicharpur, Shahdol district.
