Teachers undergo 35 – 40 hours of training each academic year. The school hosts a dedicated Learning and Development Cell at ODM Educational Group that facilitates and conducts these trainings round the year.

ODM Sapphire Global Schools focuses on a complete Academic Plan is based on ODM’s Unique and Scientifically engineered SHPI – Student’s Holistic Performance. Strict quality control over each lesson being conducted via centrally designed lesson plans and course modules. All the materials and course content can be accessed through ODM Connect’s Learning Management System. Special doubt clearing sessions both Offline and Online, is arranged for students round the year. Student Mentorship – Each student is allotted a mentor who tracks their performance and progress across academic, co-academic activities as well as personal development and guides the student to identify and achieve their personal goals.

Sports and Co-curricular

The school offers a rich co-curricular enrichment programme that includes sports, music, art, drama, and community service. These activities are designed to help students develop their interests, talents, and leadership skills outside the classroom. Moreover, OSGS Ranchi boasts exclusive partnerships with the CricKingdom – A Cricket Academy by Rohit Sharma, Shankar Mahadevan Academy, Shiamak Dance Academy, Mahesh Bhupathi Tennis Academy, NBA Basketball and LaLiga Football School. There is also provision for Skating, Swimming, Rifle Shooting, Table Tennis, Yoga in addition to the above activities. Personal Skills: Skills training sessions are conducted during the summer / winter break which help equip students with an extra edge in a competitive world. They include AI/Robotics classes as well.

Career Counseling: The school provides focused career counseling to students to ensure they have access and scope to identify the wide range of opportunities that suit their skills and strengths.

Global Exposure: Cambridge English Certifications are offered to students up to class 9. This is inbuilt in the academic curriculum.
