Scikraft is a science education company founded by a team of experienced educators who recognised the need for affordable and accessible science education products for school children. Scikraft intends to transform classrooms into smart learning spaces. Within 2 years of establishment, 100+ schools have partnered with Scikraft, ranging from government, private to international schools.

While the traditional approach to science learning in Indian schools often relies heavily on rote memorisation and theoretical concepts, with limited opportunities for hands-on experimentation and inquiry-based learning, we at Scikraft, believe that every child deserves the opportunity to develop a love for science and to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s world. Our mission is to drive excellence in science education through hands-on, inquiry-based learning along with providing teachers with the tools and resources they need to engage their students in meaningful and memorable learning experiences.

With the introduction of the National Education Policy 2020, which emphasises the importance of 21st century skills, there is a growing demand from both private and government schools for solutions that align with the curriculum and promote experiential learning. This demand is driven by the recognition that traditional rote-based learning methods are not sufficient to prepare students for the challenges of the modern world, and there is a need for hands-on learning experiences that foster communication, peer-learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Scikraft’s experiential learning solution – Xperimentor provides opportunities for students to engage in practical, inquiry-based learning at foundational levels building a strong foundation for students to develop their interests in science. Scikraft is well-positioned to cater to this demand in schools and offer a compelling value proposition to not only the schools, but the entire school ecosystem comprising Teachers, Students, School management & Parents.
