- 50 gm dried apricots
- 50 gm soft butter
- 50 gm sugar
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 50 gm rolled oats
- 85 gm flour
- Heat oven to 150°C.
- Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl.
- Add condensed milk, and beat well. Now add oats and apricots, and mix well. Finally, add the flour and mix well.
- Bring the dough together into one big ball, then shape into cookies.
